What You Can Expect in This Role

• You will manage all formalities related to our certification processes, ensuring that our products meet all requirements for market placement.
• You will review the validity of declarations of conformity and other compliance documentation, arrange for the preparation of required documents and certificates, and ensure that all documentation is complete and up to date before production starts.
• You will ensure that all technical documents and supporting evidence required as part of the testing and certification process are obtained on time.
• You will maintain an overview of existing certificates, coordinate renewals, and identify documentation that is no longer required.
• You will also be responsible for the structured filing, organization, and ongoing maintenance of all relevant documents.
• Your responsibilities will also include submitting required notifications and documentation to national and international authorities.
• In addition, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of our documentation processes.
• Acting as a key interface, you will work closely with our Purchasing, Sales, and Accounting departments.

What You Bring to the Team

• You have completed commercial training, such as an office administration qualification, or hold a comparable qualification. A good technical understanding is an advantage.
• Ideally, you already have some experience working with certificates and are familiar with the relevant requirements and processes.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• You are confident using the full Microsoft Office suite.
• You have strong analytical and organizational skills, take responsibility for your work, and are highly self-motivated and proactive.
• You are a true team player who works in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.

What You Can Expect in This Role

• Identifying and evaluating AI use cases (e.g. in quality assurance, supply chain, product development, as well as internal processes) will be part of your area of responsibility.
• You will design, develop, and implement AI solutions.
• You will independently manage AI projects — from proof of concept to rollout.
• You will be responsible for introducing and supporting AI tools (e.g. predictive maintenance, image processing, forecasting, process automation).
• You will train and raise awareness among employees for the safe, efficient, and practical use of AI applications.
• You will identify the requirements of various stakeholders at an early stage and translate them into technical as well as business solutions with clear business value.

What You Bring to the Team

• You have a degree in computer science, data science, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions, with a focus on automation, process optimization, and digital assistants.
• You have solid knowledge of low-code platforms and AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI API, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Synthesia) for the rapid development and customization of AI-powered applications.
• You think strategically while also acting pragmatically and in a solution-oriented way.
• You communicate confidently and can explain complex topics in an understandable manner.
• You have business-fluent German and English skills.
