Current job vacancies at Grizzly Tools

Your duties:
  • Identifying and evaluating AI use cases (e.g. in quality assurance, supply chain, product development, as well as internal processes) will be part of your area of responsibility.
  • You will design, develop, and implement AI solutions.
  • You will independently manage AI projects — from proof of concept to rollout.
  • You will be responsible for introducing and supporting AI tools (e.g. predictive maintenance, image processing, forecasting, process automation).
  • You will train and raise awareness among employees for the safe, efficient, and practical use of AI applications.
  • You will identify the requirements of various stakeholders at an early stage and translate them into technical as well as business solutions with clear business value.

How you can stand out with us

  • You have a degree in computer science, data science, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions, with a focus on automation, process optimization, and digital assistants.
  • You have solid knowledge of low-code platforms and AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI API, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Synthesia) for the rapid development and customization of AI-powered applications.
  • You think strategically while also acting pragmatically and in a solution-oriented way.
  • You communicate confidently and can explain complex topics in an understandable manner.
  • You have business-fluent German and English skills.
